How Wild Posies got started….
Previously at artworks just around the corner, florals were not always my first love but the fine arts. A trained painter and metalsmith, I moved to Colorado in 2012 after attending art school in Chicago and put down roots in the mountains. Working as a painter and metalmsith, I started my first jewelry line, Koppermoon, in 2018 and sold at local boutiques. An avid plant mama, with an artistic eye for aesthetic and color, floral design was a natural fit. 

Wild Posies started as a floral design business in 2016. Alex has enjoyed building on the original concept and expanding into a downtown storefront, online store & workshop gathering space for fellow florists!
